Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order!  We work hard to ensure every order is correct and arrives in one piece.  If you get a damaged order or your order is not correct- let us know right away and we will correct it as quickly as possible!

You may return unopened regular priced gifts, notions, thread, kits or rulers within 30 days and we will refund you in the same method you paid. Items must be in the original, unopened package.

If the item was shipped to you for free, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the return amount and you are responsible to pay to ship the item back to us. We will then issue the return once the item arrives to us.

If it has been longer than 30 days then we are sorry, but we cannot accept the return.

We do not allow returns on cut fabric, books, or patterns due to the nature of the products.

We do not accept any returns on clearance items.
