The Mercy Foundation has asked for our help!  They are requesting 100% cotton face masks for all of the people in their system that have contact with the public. 

Face Mask Pattern-Click Here This is the same pattern I shared before - this one states to skip the wire step if you do not have the wire since the required wire is sold out and unavailable at this time.  I would recommend doing 2 layers of cotton and turning.  

Here is another pattern that will is very similar but made with cotton in mind from a Gotham Quilts in New York City.

Please use 100% cotton.  The masks need to be able to be washed in hot water.  Please pre-wash all fabrics used.  If you want to help and need 100% cotton-we have fabric we can provide to you for free!  Please call us at 417-334-3243 to arrange a pickup.

Masks can be dropped off at Quilts & Quilts The Fabric Shoppe 3500 N Gretna Rd in Branson Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 11-3.  Please place masks in a bag or a box so it can be set down on the curb for contact-free exchanges.

I am going to do the first delivery Monday (March 30th)in the evening or early Tuesday (March 31) morning.  Please drop off as many as you can Monday, April 6th!
