1. When will my order be delivered?
We will send you an e-mail letting you know what day your order is shipped. Standard delivery through the US Postal Service will take 2-14 business days as per the US Postal Service's 1st Class Shipping policies. If you have selected another type of shipping the waits will vary. Also, if you are an international order, your delivery time will be a longer. 2. How long will it be before my order is processed?
We process orders daily. As long as the item you ordered is in stock, it will be processed and ready for shipping within 36 hours. 3. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We will send you an email, letting you know the item is out of stock. If the item is still available, then we will ask if you would like us to ship the item when it arrives or if you would like us to cancel. If the item is no longer available, then we cancel your order and send you an email letting you know we are no longer able to get the item. When we cancel the order, your card is never charged. 4. How do I delete something from my cart?
Re-Click the "View Cart" at the very top right of the page. It will load your cart with a black background. If you look at each item, all the way to the right is a white X. If you click that X, it will remove the item from your cart. 5. The items I added to my cart do not show up when I try to check out.
For you to be able to check out on our website you will need to check your web browser and make sure you have cookies enabled. You can do this by clicking on the Internet Explorer Tool Bar and changing your Security to "Medium". This will allow your browser to save cookies from secure websites like ours.6. Where are you located?
3500 North Gretna Road in Branson, MO. Located on Gretna Road between The Shoppes at Branson Meadows Mall and the Mill Craft Mall. We are right next door to the Coleman Store.7. The item I am ordering says "limited quantities available", what if it is no longer available and I order it?
We do not make any charges to your credit card until we have pulled the order and are ready to ship. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we cancel the order and nothing will be charged to your card. We email you to let you know the product is sold out and your order has been canceled.8. Do you offer Charitable Requests to groups?
We have a charity that we donate to. We donate to Alex's Lemonade Stand. We lost a very young member of our family due to pediatric cancer. Alex's Lemonade Stand helped out our family a lot and they fund much needed research. We do still take additional requests and have a specific format that requests need to be submitted.
