Frequently Asked Questions and other Troubleshooting
As always, we welcome all questions, so please write or call us at anythime! Here are a few questions that we get often that may help you without having to wait for us to get back to you!
We will send you an e-mail letting you know what day your order is shipped. Standard delivery through the USPS will take 2-14 business days as per the USPS 1st Class Shipping policies. If you have selected another type of shipping the waits will vary. Also, if you are an international order, your delivery time may be a little longer.
2. How long will it be before my order is processed?
We process orders daily. As long as the item you ordered is in stock, it will be processed and ready for shipping within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon through Sunday night will be processed on Monday.
3. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We will send you an e-mail letting you know the expected wait time for the item you have ordered along with a projected timeline of when you can expect the item to arrive to you. If you have ordered multiple items and one is on backorder for an extended wait, we will process the items that are in stock and then send the out-of-stock item when it arrives. We strive to keep everyone on the same page when it comes to out-of-stock items. If we find the timeline we sent has been pushed back, we will let you know. We work hard to keep everything in stock, but have to wait for manufacturers and distributors to get the products in sometimes as well.
4. The items I added to my cart do not show up when I try to check out.
For you to be able to check out on our website you will need to check your web browser and make sure you have cookies enabled. You can do this by clincking on the Internet Explorer Tool Bar and changing your Security to "Medium". This will allow your browser to save cookies from secure websites like ours.
