1. When will my order be delivered?
We will send you an e-mail letting you know what day your order is shipped. Standard delivery through the US Postal Service will take 2-14 business days as per the US Postal Service's 1st Class Shipping policies. If you have selected another type of shipping the waits will vary. Also, if you are an international order, your delivery time will be a longer. 2. How long will it be before my order is processed?
We process orders daily. As long as the item you ordered is in stock, it will be processed and ready for shipping within 36 hours. 3. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We will send you an e-mail letting you know the expected wait time for the item you have ordered along with a projected timeline of when you can expect the item to arrive to you. If you have ordered multiple items and one is on backorder for an extended wait, we will process the items that are in stock and then send the out-of-stock item when it arrives. We strive to keep everyone on the same page when it comes to out-of-stock items. If an item will be on backorder for an extended time, we put an out of stock message in the item description, right under the photo of the item. We put the manufacturers expected date and change the date as we get updates from the manufacturer. We work hard to keep everything in stock, but have to wait for manufacturers and distributors to get the products in sometimes. We do not charge your credit card until the item is ready to be shipped to you. Once the item arrives, we process the order, charge your card, put it in the mail, and send you an email letting you know your item has shipped. 4. The items I added to my cart do not show up when I try to check out.
For you to be able to check out on our website you will need to check your web browser and make sure you have cookies enabled. You can do this by clicking on the Internet Explorer Tool Bar and changing your Security to "Medium". This will allow your browser to save cookies from secure websites like ours. 5. Where are you located?
3500 North Gretna Road in Branson, MO. Located on Gretna Road between The Shoppes at Branson Meadows Mall and the Mill Craft Mall. We are right next door to the Coleman Store. 6. The item I am ordering says "limited quantities available", what if it is no longer available and I order it?
We do not make any charges to your credit card until we have pulled the order and are ready to ship. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we cancel the order and nothing will be charged to your card. We email you to let you know the product is sold out and your order has been canceled.
